In our hotel, we are committed to the following preventative measures based on advice of local travel and health authorities:

 

Safe Arrival
• The temperature of all guests entering the hotel from main entrances will be monitored by our Temperature Measurement Scanner
• We follow the local government’s inbound travel regulation to exercise discretion when receiving our guests, please refer to the government website from here.

 

Safe Service
• All colleagues are provided with necessary protective equipment and apparel specific to their duties
• While serving at the frontline, our colleagues will be wearing surgical face masks at all times and will minimise physical contact service
• Regular reminders, training and supervision are deployed to ensure our colleagues are vigilant and accustomed to the latest and highest hygiene standards, regulations and procedures for delivery of safe service
• All staff will observe travel and inbound regulations imposed by local authorities to ensure they report to duty in the most healthy condition
• Staff involved in the operation of the premises either have completed their vaccinations or to undergo a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 according to latest government requirement, and ensure that the staff keep records of every SMS notification containing the result of the test for 31 days

 

Safe Environment
• Increased sanitisation frequency of all restaurants, guest facilities, common areas and furnitures
• Air purifiers and disinfectant dispensers are installed visibly in common areas. Catering premises are complying with specified government requirements on air change or air purifier(s).
• All public washroom facilities are installed with anti-bacterial liquid soap and hand sanitisers. Cubicles and high contact surfaces are disinfected hourly
• Other frequent touch points such as lift panels, hand rails, table tops, door and equipment handles, and entrance carpets are regularly sanitised

 

Safe Stay
• All housekeeping staff wear gloves and masks
• Each guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every check-out
• Guest room furniture, draperies and linens are treated or steamed in high temperature and with cleaning chemicals for disinfection
• Guest room carpets and vents will undergo regular deep cleaning by professional vendor with approved disinfectant
• Personal guest amenities such as slippers are provided upon request and are disposable
• The smart water refill station on guest floors is designed with a hidden nozzle to prevent direct contact with foreign objects and entry of droplets and bacteria in the air. The built-in regular auto-rinsing function also helps to reduce the chance of bacteria build -up. The casing of the water station is also cleaned daily with steriliser spray for added disinfection
• Referral to medical assistance is made available for guests during their stay
• Clear procedures and contacts are made known to frontline staff to reach local health authorities when necessary

 

Safe Dining
• Guests will be provided with hand sanitiser and have body temperature measured upon entering restaurants
• Under the current legislation, the maximum number of guests per table depends on the mode of operation of individual restaurants and social distancing measures
• Operating hours for dine-in service will be updated on timely manner subject to latest Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F).
• All kitchen, service and stewarding team members wear face masks, disposable gloves and any necessary protective equipment during their service
• Alcohol based disinfectant wipes will be offered when guests are seated
• For guests who wish to dine at the comfort of their room, our popular and signature menus are available for takeaway
• The operation hours of dining facilities will remain flexible based on local requirements and regulations for safety and distancing. Guests are advised to visit our hotel websites or enquire with the hotel front office for the latest updates

 

Safe Departure and Return
• An online survey will be provided to guests after departure as we are keen to exceed expectations upon their return
• We will be keeping in touch with our latest privileges, health and travel advice through digital communications. Therefore, we encourage our guests to subscribe to our newsletters to plan ahead for the upcoming trip
