Cancellation policy:
• If you need to cancel a reservation for accommodation, your cancellation should be made at least 14 days in advance by contacting us or visiting our hotel website to cancel your booking by filling in your confirmation number and name to avoid any penalty.

 
According to the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), Tai O Heritage Hotel as a non-profit social enterprise hotel will be exempted from the hotel accommodation tax and staying guests are not required to pay this tax.
